JOYEUSE BRUT

A subtle blend composed of 80% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.  The wine wasBottled in the spring 2021. Harvests 2018.2019.2020. Thanks to a long ageing on lees in our cellars, this cuvee produced with the harvests 2018. 2017. 2016 is very round. This cuvée has an aromatic nose, a gourmet mouth and a fresh finish. 

Dosage 6.5g/l

BLANC DE NOIRS

Harvests 2017/2018 structures this cuvée 100% Meunier. In this no-dosage Cuvee there is an explosion of aromas in the nose.  A very nice balance on the attack between a sense of intensity and sweetness. Finish is salty and mouthwatering. Surprising for the aperitif, it will be absolutely ideal with oysters, seafood and crustaceans. … This Champagne reveals frankly the pleasure of the natural fruits.

RÊVEUSE BRUT ROSÉ

All the three grappe varieties are present in this Champagne, composed of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir (vinified through maceration). A beautiful dark pink with orange-hued glints. Generous white foam with fine bubbles. A nose opened on fresh red fruits (wild strawberry). Smooth mouth with a very mild and subtle finish.

PRÉCIEUSE BRUT PREMIER CRU

A precious blend of 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, all in Premier Cru. Harvests 2015.2014 enhance this Champagne whose malo-lactic fermentation is partly done. Its yellow robe with green glints reveals fine and regular bubbles. Rich nose with vanilla aromas. A slightly acid mouth with delicate flavours. A very subtle wine with an elegant and long-lasting finish. When delicacy devotes itself to the service of elegance.

DISTINGUÉE EXTRA BRUT 

BLANC DE BLANCS PREMIER CRU

A 100% Chardonnay Premier-Cru Cuvee composed with the harvests of 2015 and 2016 and its ripe fruits Without. Malo-lactic fermentation. The robe is yellow with green tints. This cuvee offers a blooming and subtle nose. A very low dosage makes the attack on the palate to be present with citrus and dried fruit hints. The mouth is full and tasty with a cheerful and mineral finish. A champagne for Aperitif and absolutely for the meal.

ROSÉ (non dosée)

Elegant blend of the harvests 2018 and 2019 where Chardonnay 90% and Pinot-Noir 10% (maceration) make an uncommon and mouthwatering cuvee. Blocked malo-lactic fermentation. Refined nose on fresh fruits (raspberry), smooth on the palate with present and discrete bubbles. The finish - fresh and persistent - is highlighted by the lack of sugar added. Very uncommon (and rare) Rosé-Champagne which will enhance an aperitif or a meal, with crustaceans for instance.

100% Chardonnay Premier Cru Cuvee, elaborated without malolactic fermentation. 15% vinified in Burgundian barrel. Yellow robe with green tints. Fresh and delicious both on the nose. With very fine bubbles, the attack in the mouth is gentle, very smooth. From an exceptional year, this champagne reveals a lasting finish with its hints of honey and almond. For Aperitif as well as for a perfect meal (white meat with a cream sauce).

OLD VINES 

Wine from delimited vines, the 3 oldest ones from the winery (Pierrotte, Marie Mulotte and Neuville). 100% Meunier only for this cuvée from a single harvest with entire vinification in a big barrel from Burgundy (oak). Magnificient color with pinky tints and a very aromatic nose open on notes of gentian as well as some light pepper notes. Lively on the palate with very fine bubbles and some menthol notes. Round body with aromas of dry fruits.

Champagne for aperitif and meal (white meats, sweetbread)

EXTRA BRUT 100% PINOT NOIR

Wine from delimited vines produced with the best selected grapes from our 3 plots of Pinot Noir (Longue-Fève, Pierrotte, Marlaine), from only one quality harvest. Vinification and aging in a big barrel from Burgundy (oak). Wine colour is yellow with pink hints which shows the wonderful maturity of the grapes. Complex and rich of vanilla and spicy notes on the nose. Gentle and elegant it appears lively on the palate and opens on notes of English candies. Finish is fresh, long-lasting and  whets the taste bud and lead to the meal (roasted red meat).

EXTRA-BRUT 100% CHARDONNAY

« Sablière »

Single plot cuvée made with the most beautiful Chardonnay from only one high-quality harvest and from only one plot called "Sablière".

Vinification is traditional but without malo-lactic fermentation. Entire aging in a big Burgundy Barrel (oak)..

Magnificent yellow gold color worthy of great Chardonnays full of very fine bubbles. 

The nose is delicate and fine. Generous and full-bodied on the palate with a lively and long-lasting finish.

This Wine reflects perfectly his terroir, his harvest-year and his grape variety.

Aperitif Champagne and ideally during a magnificent meal.

« Le Temple »

Single-plot Cuvée produced from a selection of the most beautiful grapes from our Premier-Cru plot « Le Temple », from a unique high-end Harvest. Vinification in stainless-steel tanks and without malo-lactic fermentation before 3 months aging in big barrel.

A magnificent golden color with green tints reveals an elegant crown made of very fine bubbles.

A wonderful nose which opens on floral and fresh citrus fruits notes leads to a fine and melting mouth. This wine offers a nice structure and a high-end stuff, which invite to aperitif as well as an entire meal.
